I just cant stand the taste of milk. I know I need calcium but I just cant stand the taste unless I add nesquick. I asked my doctor that white russians provide my daily allowance of calcium. No dice. Do you all like milk?

Some Orange Juices and other juices have as much or more calcium than milk anyway. You're not stuck with it for a calcium source.
