sponsors giving out model's id ?

I would image they would have checked first, or that could be quite serious, unless in the original documents they had a clause stating they could do it.

But, why would a model sue a sponsor? The models agreement will be with a photographer basically..

People follow the money. Sue the photographer, the sponsor, the hosting, the billing....On down the line. Doesn't mean that all are liable but you name as many parties as possible to sniff out the money.

i could see a girl going after the sponsors, if some guy put up a webpage saying find out the real names and addresses of the cumfiesta girls

its too much work and money to sue someone. i don't see most models doing that.
