OK, the Arab guy they arrested at the port had the same exact name as a top terrorist on the FBI's Most Wanted List. The FBI and Homeland Security then went into a full scale alert since this was at a shipping port in a major populated area.
They're now reporting the name match was positive but the photo match was not, so apparently it was mistaken identity.
And I wold hate to be this fellow. He will be setting off bells and whistles everytime his name gets run in security checks.
Better safe than sorry.
