Ghost Cash is fully compliant with the requirements of producing adult content, we want to help all of our affiliates do the same. All affiliates using the promotional explicit content of
Ghost Cash are subject to the rules of 2257 as secondary producers of erotica. As such, you will be required to have, in your possession, the information needed to assure the federal government that the performers in the content are over the age of 18 years. We don't want to visit any of our affiliates in prison!
Therefore, effective June 15, 2005, all approved affiliates of
Ghost Cash will have access to all materials required by 2257. We want you to be in full compliance and want every one of our affiliates to continue making money legally. Unfortunately, 2257 is a reality. But it will not change our commitment to conducting sound business and producing great niche content.
We value our models information and privacy, but
we have to abide by the law. We do not want to penalize any of our affiliates, foreign or domestic. And we do not want you to change the way you conduct business. It's possible text tgp's are better. Maybe they're not. But you get to decide how you continue to conduct your business. After all, this is a business created from scratch by you. We're here to help support you and make sure it's done in the best possible way.
In summation,
Ghost Cash is conducting business as usual. All of our sites will remain 100% active and compliant. Affiliates wanting to use explicit promotional material will be required to be responsible for the recordkeeping requirements for 2257. Affiliates that do not want this burden are still able to promote
Ghost Cash using non explicit means.
