    Dear Epassport

    I tried emailing tech support 3 days ago, no response.
    I am now on infinite hold 22:10 minutes so far.
    Is this any way to treat your clients?

              Phone on 22.10 minutes?
              After you have killed a hand held battery and resorted to speaker phone on the base (over 8 hours) then finally reach someone who says please hold before you scream into oblivion, and then you get the eh eh eh noise of a hung up phone, do not concern yourself with hold times
