        If you follow Augustines argumentation, God would be an eternal being instead of a temporally linear one, eternal here meaning existing outside of time, or in all timeframes at once. Which makes sense - after all, a God that's subjected to time isn't really all that omnipotent.
        Now, if that is the case, God only knew what the outcome of the experiment would be by actually executing it - but not without the experiment, since humans have free will and thus can't be the subject of a logical theory. This doesn't clash with the concept of God's omniscience, since God still knows reality as a whole at all times.


        I'll post a more extensive thing on the whole subject in a few hours.

I agree with all what you had stated, God gave us the free will so we could decide on on what are we going to believe in, he doesn't want a robot to do praises because he commanded to. Intelligence has nothing to do whatsoever with faith. Einstein believed in God. Did that fact make him any less of an intellectual giant. All that a good scientist will be able to tell you is that science is incapable of answering the question of God's existence at the present. That is very different from asserting that no god exists and that people who believe he does are, as you put it, schizophrenic. If you really believe this, you are an idiot.                                                                                                                                             Second, are you so certain that all that 'crap' was made up by humans? The bible has been attacked for centuries and to date there is not a single valid criticism that can be convincingly maintained. It's historical accuracy is unquestioned.
