I always just drink out of the opposite side of a glass.

Forces you to dip your head inward, and invert your head... and you look kinda goofy doing it, so might not wanna do it in a restuarant or other public place.

But just 3-4 gulps of liquid in that pose has never failed me, personally, and only takes a matter of seconds.
