Take a flour tortillia and put it on a baking sheet, Sprinkle lightly with fat free cheese, then top with tiny dices of onion, garlic, tomato, mushroom, bell pepper, brocolli or other veggie combos. Go fairly light on the toppings so it doesn't get soggy. Bake at 400 till brown. Cut in 4s. Nice way to scratch a pizza itch while on a diet
