Having sales experience in another industry does not mean you will be an awesome asset to a porn company. What if a person worked 5 years selling clothes in a department store? Does that mean they will be able to help you increase your porn sales? Not likely. Also, having sales experience is no good if you can't get traffic. So how exactly will a non experienced person help you get traffic if they don't know anything about how online porn works?
The way I see it is even a rep should have at least 1 or 2 years of experience in this industry.
