    i have a billion mpg/wmv/asf files i need to create thumbs for.

    whats out there?

          I dunno. Think you would have to roll up your sleves and do it in Premiere.

                      SnatchIt would be the best choice to create them in batch, but it still sucks. If videos are not the best quality, you still need to enchance them by hand...
