Yeah, I've had those before. I guess customers come across a problem, email about it and then just forget perhaps.. or maybe your email is blocked and any responses you're sending aren't reaching your audience.. (I've had that happen in the past also). Do you request a 'read-receipt', it might help you get responses from your customers that way.

It sure can be frustrating.
