That's quite normal. We take a very high percentage of Asian traffic and most of it is worthless. Generally it is from jp-sex.com when they skim one our galleries for other TGPs. The least productive is Chinese and Thai. Japanese is so-so. The worst offenders are the damned Taiwanese BBS's.

There are a fair few "Good" Asian sites out there in my opinion. If your traffic is all Chinese or Korean (getting less so due to the government regulations out there) then conversions are likely to be poor. However, if you have Japanese, Singapore or Hong Kong traffic then test out a few programs and see what suits you best.
I'm pretty sure we are the biggest Asian site in terms of members. Give us a go along with these others. See which one works best for you

We have spoken regarding this issue, and yes, a fair amount of content is illegal. However, we are in partnership with several producers where we license both DVD's and pre released content solely for 99bb. This is costing us a fortune I can tell you, but we are happy to do it.
Being a Japanese company, owned by Japanese people who have been in the porno Industry for years, they know the situation. It is a shady world, and those who are just buying DVD's and ripping them should be very careful. You know who you are

but those traffic is unusable for western paysites.
especially paysites who using ibill, ccbill.
for instance, all Korean major cc issuer comapnies blocked ibill, ccbill etc
