Ask him if he realizes that he is putting the programs he promotes in a position to be jointly liable for the damages under the Federal and some State laws for spamming. Thus causing the programs to be slapped with lawsuits or fines and could trickle down to honest affiliates not getting paid.

It annoyed me when unethical people spammed me over and over and didn't remove me from their list when I asked them to. But it's a free market. As long as they were respectful and honoured removal requests I didn't see much of a problem with it.

all requesting to be removed from a list gets you is your email verified and resold.
