I would do it. Just make it a domain that's not littered w/ 'XXX' or 'freeporn" or whatever. Then link whatever you want to it. If they don't approve, then take it off. It's worth a shot....

thats what i was thinking... i wont make the domain obvious, like freepornhere.com ... something generic like freestuff.com... cuz theyre gonna get curious at SOME point in the semester & type it in...

the thing is, if some parents find out about this and decide to sue you and the university for morally corrupting their children, the amount you make out of this stunt won't be enough to cover the legal fees (let alone something more if this goes against you in court). a dating site is ok though, if there's nothing adult in it.

I was going to say stay on the side of safety... but if you do do it, and the university catches on it could actually be really good publicity... on the other hand, there are kids that are 16 and 17 years old attending universities which could end up really bad in the end if you were discovered... but if you weren't caught you'd get all kinds of traffic, and lots of parents give their naive kids credit cards before leaving home for school... but when you think of the fact that schools don't have a lot of money, they may have a deal set up with a printer who's connected to them in some way. In which case they may tip off the school's board before the printing even takes off and you'd lose that deal with no fame or fortune from the scandal.

im handling the printing... the only way it could not happen, is if they refuse to put them in the new student packets when they see the final product

I'd do it. Just make it a portal to dating sites and and maybe exit to some adult stuff. Almost all college kids are over 18, just a few 17 year olds in thier first semesters.

Most of them are piss poor though, at least where I went to school they were.

How old were you when attended college? 16 or 17? That's a little young. Most are 18 & up....
