Now this gets into the "thought police", because what if you only had that headshot(ie someone provided it to you), and not the original, who knows what insertion is going on, all you can see is the headshot.
 
So its a gray area, like much of 2257.. and comes down to your comfort level of  2257 compliance.  (insert the consult an attorney verbage here)
