Generally you are required to have visable disclaimer signs up that forgo any required release. Guess either you do not, or they did not see them.

Nope, it was just the live footage...the neighbor was due to deliver that day, too. The ONLY way it coulda been better would have been if the cop were African-American (to cash in on that inter-racial thing)

USUALLY, I have a sign that I put on my front door warning of that when I am expecting visitors that have not been over before, but in the maylay of threats, I forgot to post it before the cops got here.

Im pretty sure signs that the apartment complex put up to prevent crime arent going to cover the inside of your apartment.

My wife is due any day now,,,for christ sake you can see the babys feet and hands pushing out on her stomach.

And this scum bag tried to hurt her and the baby.

People always do. My brother and his fiance who both were in college drama together where they initially met were practicing lines from some play. They neighbors overheard due to thin apartment walls and the cops arrived. Needless to say despite after my brother and his fiance who both explained the situation, he still was arrested then the charges were dropped.
