Ask him to check if his ISP offers one, maybe that could work.
Elsewise, I think the "proxy-solution" will be cumbersome, don't most proxies "die"
after a while? He would the need to hunt proxies every now and then working for
you.
If you'll have a long-term agreement with him, maybe you could sponsor him with

pay your isp to give you another ip.
Pay the 10 bucks and you wont have to deal with getting blacklisted everywhere and have to deal with headaches of proxies going down ectComment

sure i can find thousands of proxies, but all die, i was hoping someone on here could provide me with one that i could pay a fucking monthly fee for and provide it to my amature submitter that will do a much better job than any mass provider or submitters, i train this guy myself and communicate with him directly.Originally posted by Adultlexicon

I would go with calling your ISP, or have your submitter call his ISP, and see if they will give him an extra IP.
