1. If she were ugly, this thread would not even be taking place, because people wouldn't assume that she was ONLY hired for her looks.
2. Hiring good-looking people to draw in affiliates WORKS... why not use it? However, as others have pointed out, her looks may draw the affiliates, but she's going to need more than that to keep them (ie: make them money). And if she's got what it takes, the fact that she's hot is just an added bonus. If she doesn't have what it takes, her looks alone won't keep her there for long (at least at most companies anyway).See what's new at
