Well I happen to know of a perfect example of somebody who came into this industry as a sales rep for a very reputable company. She had no experience in the porn industry, but had sales experience from previous jobs outside of this industry. Her outgoing personality, her intelligence, and her eagerness to learn helped her to become a very informed and trusted sales rep. And on top of all of that, she is gorgeous! Was she labelled as incompetent because of her looks? For sure! And that meant she had to work that much harder to prove herself because people like those whom I'm referring to refused to give her the benefit of the doubt. I see it on a regular basis. yeah pretty sales rep or not...this is a business and one that has very precise metrics. If she can't perform she will be gone, it is the nature of the beast.
She is bright and will need that as it is a very steep learning curve with many obstacles along the way as we can all see in this thread..lol
