What is your current chargeback Ratio? Does the proccesor cancel your account if you go over the 1% limit, or do they suspend your VISA transactions? Any input/clarification would be great, thanks.

Been a while since I was looking into this actively, but I seem to remember an exception if you do less than 100 transactions per month. If you do 101, better hope you only have a single chargeback.

Avoid the CB ratio altogether - guaranteed
There's a private service being offered that I've hooked a couple of guys up with that has saved them big time. They can keep anyone under the threshold so you don't have to worry about losses, or MA problems.
I'm not publishing details in the forum, so don't ask. They're only going to do a couple more.
