hmm, i skimmed through this... this document is not the actual law, its just "SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION" with record of "commenters" opinions about the law...?

At the end are the new regs. But reading the comments helps to makes sense of the gobbledygook, I think.

Man, there are a million 2257 threads. I don't think anyone's really gonna remember the best one. I would just do a search on it here, the search engine was just made available again only recently.

(4) Producer does not include persons whose activities relating to
the visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct are limited to
the following:

So I guess this means we are not liable for what our hosting clients put online?
