That's where it becomes confusing. If you use the Napster theory, then his site was, like Napster, according to police more for illegal than legal activity. Did his main income come from prostitutes? Did he know that they were prostitutes? Does a newspaper know they are prostitutes? I don't have any idea.

However, like you say, what major newspaper doesn't have ads for massage or escorts or something that would eventually lead to prostitution?

Again, a very interesting case. His guilt or innocence in court will likely have a lot to do with how much money he is willing to spend on defending himself and getting the best lawyers.
