I just read the new article you posted.
The fact that we was taking money from prostitutes (for advertising) and then sending them clients, makes me think they might have a strong case against him after all.
If the police can prove that he knew they were prostitutes, and he took their money, in return for sending them johns, then how is that different from a street pimp?
If he was doing it for free, then I don't think they would have a case. The fact that he may be making money directly off of prostitution makes it less clear.
This is all about what a jury will think.
It's an interesting case. I'll have to read up more on this one before I'm sure what I think. Thanks for the links.
