Oil Story. It's a fictional "documentary" set after a hurricane in September 2005 that disrupts the nation's oil supply. Includes realistic "news footage". Pretty good so far.

Name of the movie is actually "Oil Storm" and it will play again right after this showing (in about an hour 10 minutes) (10PM ET). Highly recommended.
