What banks does everyone use and why?

I don't use a bank, however..
I know Commerce is a good bank (It might only be regional though, dunno).
I know Citizens's Bank sucks. A few of my buddies have gotten royally fucked by em.
I know Fleet Bank (Again, might be regional) sucks BIG TIME. -
I use m&T bank
