Rule 1. - No xxx domains unless they have 2257 and 3 recip links.... if you have 2 recips then u dont need 2257 unless your name begins with Z, then you need to to be offshore and the sponsor is in the US. When that happens jump up and down on one leg and call yourself "Fiona".
