Email remote boxes on 404 pages? ( pic )

What's the avarage ratio if i put a few email remote boxes with some cool advertising text on a 404 page?

Let's say on 1000 uniques - how many 'sales' could i expect from it?
Anyone can share his experience?

I don't use ICQ anymore.

It would've been easier to understand what you meant with a pic...

But no, we haven't had good results with 404 traffic and e-mail collection.

I get a 1:80 ratio from 404 traffic. That's 12.5:1000.

I stopped promoting Epiccash after they lowered there payout from $0.75 to $0.50

Also they stopped paying on hotmail/msn email addresses ( which i fully understand ) Still i think $0.50 isnt worth my traffic.

There is a lot more to get your 60 or 50 cents.

1. henkie must not have a hotmail.com/msn.com email address
2. henkie must confirm the email
3. henkie must enter the '' id '' ( which is similair to Av308YFULHB ) Henkie cant copy this '' id '' but need to type it ( he will make about 3 typos for sure )
4. He must login

Most guys stop at step 3 after 1 or 2 typos

I always signup myself to see how it goes.

true... I was doing decent numbers myself.. but it went all downhill since the 0.5$/mail.

Just to clarify two things: Epic pays $0.50 per email and we do pay for Hotmail/MSN/Yahoo joins. It was either pay $.75 and not take Yahoo/Hotmail joins, or lower the payout and continue to accept them.
