EXERCISE! My god, I ran today (6.7 miles) and I have to tell ya, normally I go to sleep around 4:00 AM, it's 10:20 PM and I feel even more tired now, than I do when it's 4:00... drousy as hell feeling. im going to bust out my "foot spa" and relax.
