I will definately consult with a lawyer if I ever decide to go ahead with it. I may be wrong, but I see think companies such as "Girls Gone Wild" don't make all the girls that flash their tits and ass in public sign a form! Sorry if im wrong but when i was trying to get that content back MGH told me he couldnt give it to me all, had to re-edit the masters or something cause it was his exclusive "party content" thats how he said he was calling it, i deducted he sold it.
I remember you had everyone to sign releases from the 2nd party, that was very nice from you cause i didnt even know what was a release form at this time heheh....
I finally, after like 3 months of begging, got 2 tapes back from MGH but both are from the same party, if you still have others could i borrow you them? Just to edit it then ill give it back to you if you still want them collecting dust ;P

I would suggest that if you are serious about the business you try and go all out and whenever you travel somewhere have some release forms with you. Better to watch your ass than to get busted. Just keep a few envelopes of them in your car at all times and you will be fine because there are always women that are willing to sign.Comment
