one little thing...
I think its smart doing a custom join page before filling out the ccbill information. However, I have noticed that some of the larger players use a javascript so that the user has to enter all the information inorder to hit the submit button to proceed to the ccbill page. Maybe since you only have a full price join, it would be good to have people give their info before they see the price in case they turn away because its too high?
granted, i dont run paysites so I'm not sure what others think about doing that... just something to keep in mind ;)

if you can send a lot of joins yourself thats the way to go. you get way more $ promoting the site yourself. plus having affiliates creates more competition for yourself on your site. so i guess it all boils down to how many signups you can generate by yourself.Originally posted by WildbillI host with VacaresComment

really nice. the only thing I'd change is to have different models in the tour, right now it seems like you have a few models doing diff sets, maybe you'd use some non ex for that matter.
Personally, I like cleaner sites, but yours is one of the few cluttered designs I liked in some time
as for the site itself, I'd recommend you to have some vids, maybe you'd buy some cheap exclusive sets from East Europe or South America, they'd go as low as 200 bucks, so maybe you'd buy 8-10 and add them 1 per week so your members will be waiting for the new video updates. Sometimes not having content makes it more valuable when you add it, even if it's scarce
