Just to add to this: I still don't know what the other fields are, but I figured out the system used to encode the data; if anyone's curious as to what the letters are, here's a crappy 10 minute script I whipped up.

The extra #s after the link code are extended tracking. These were intended to be used for tracking adtools, tour, hosted galleries, and other things.
These functionality for most of these features is implemented in one form or another in NATS 3 however they are being greatly enhanced in NATS 4.Comment
