I feel bad for anyone who gets their photo taken and placed on the internet like that. I've seen people with their mobile picture phones out and I kind of roll my eyes when I see them abusing them. I don't like those things at all to be honest.

Why would you make someone register before they can send you pics? Seems that will severely limit your user base.

you have to create your own user album so the system knows your adding photos.. to register is free.. not sure why that would matter much if you liked to take photos and post, BUT.. I could potentially make an anon email that you could send photos to.

I can see people that like to share photos with friends signing up but say they cross your site and think nothing of it. Few days later they catch funny shit on their phone cam and remember your site name.
