I just got off the phone with RP Immigration and "The Council"... maybe you are not aware... but it is VERY illegal to shoot content in The Philippines. But it is not only the law you have to worry about.... you better be more worried about the "The Council"

"The Council" has longed studied the sex industry in The Philippines. They realize that the sex industry is made up of 'B' and 'C' type mediocre personalities, late to middle age wage employees, and are those who would have an abnormally difficult time getting laid under the most normal of circumstances. Most are harmless. They visit our islands, they enjoy. Some even get married to the very girls they rent. "The Council" has no problem with these types of individuals.

"The Council"'s concerns are those in the sex industry who prefer to defile young children, inflict pain on helpless girls, and trample around the very nation they are visiting without respect. The regulation of these individuals is the sole purpose of "The Council". Amidst a greater domestic and international problem, "The Council"'s responsibility is only towards the foreign owned sex industry.

"The Council" fully understands globalization and the social-cultural, economic ramifications of such a system. In time, that problem will be addressed. For now, they realize young girls in poverty need to survive. Because of a very sub par government, their only means of survival is prostitution. Prostitution in essence is service. Ideally, men pay and the girls provide. At the end of the transaction both parties profit. But as you and "The Council" know this does not always prove true. Young girls and children become victims of such transactions. It is when this happens, that "The Council" reacts with complete bias and prejudice.

"The Council" is not a court system, it is merely a tool for punishment. For the sake of efficiency, the Council has collected information on expatriates in The Philippines who engage in the sex industry. In addition, "The Council" has informants in all ports, sea and air. Also, "The Council" collects information from all hotels, pension houses, and various apartments that foreign nationals patronize. Lastly, "The Council" is fully aware of the very industry it is responsible for. "The Council" has knowledge of all brothel and club activities, "The Council" has eyes and ears in the lower end of the industry, such as the street activities and the GFY site. In short, "The Council" is watching. And when an act is committed, "The Council" will be there.
