new.net xxx domains

I had a few .xxx domains which covered their costs and maybe a liitle more, nothing to go mad about. However, I was looking for any info on existing .xxx domains and ICANN has nothing, which is no surprise since they're below moronic, neither couldn't find shit at new.net. Anyone knows about this? As I see it, they'll need to find some kind of consensus since:
a) new .xxx domain owners will be fucked because some of their domains will be squattered by people who registered that domain at new.net (that will happen on PC having the new.net app)
b) former xxx owners bought the domains "bona fide", and ICANN is responsible for this
c) afaik, new.net is still battling in courts, so that will give a sense of inestability to any .xxx owner
d) since a lot of people isn't informed, and provided information is shit anyways, there must be a lot of people registering .xxx domains at new.net right now.
e) IFFOR is supposed to be a "non profit" organization, which means they shouldn't be worried about monies lost since they're doing this for the good of people
