    2257 Thumbs for TGP's

    I haven't been around here for awhile, so all this might be incorrect. But from what I have heard, 2257 shit is looking bad. I heard that even if you just have thumbs that show hardcore, you have to have 2257 compliant paperwork for the model. But if not hardcore, you are fine. Correct?

    If this is correct, then what sponsors have 2257 pre-built thumbs for their hosted galleries? Any yet? In the plans?

          reality is it's only really a problem for those sites that post content they don't have a financial contract on.

                  if the site has copies of 2257 on their models then I'd would't be too worried. YES - you can be put into court - but are they going to go after someone who does DUE DILLEGENCE to ensure models are of age.

                  the legislation was enacted to ensure models are of age and consentual. sites that operate under these peramiters will be much harder to prosecute than those that don't - my opinion is they will go after the easy targets as they should as they probally shouldn't be in business anyway
