Tons of those games in arcades.
You see arrows moving on the screen and you need to move your hands in the correct position at the right time.
Also seen a dance machine where you step on arrows on the ground & there is a ton of those games where your playing a music instrument.

I've seen smaller versions very cheap - they only have the foot part though, the rest attaches to the TV and plays there. This seems to have hand control as well.
