                so you're saying that if i have traffic, i should not use FHG and waste my time creating 1000s galleries.. btw. they have to be mostly unique otherwise they are pretty much worthless.. i could get 10,000 galleries from 20-30 sponsors and be making money with my traffic instantly.. sure you get no traffic back from them.. but they make sales.

                        But all I am saying is that I rather have 10000 galleries that I made myself and that I have controll over then 10000 FHG.

                            there is no proof that 15 pic or 16 pic galleries make more sales.. there is proof though that a 15 or 16 pic gallery will get listed more often than a 6 pic gallery.. more listing = more traffic = more sales = more $$$

                                Another thing that hasn't been mentioned is 2257. Are you affraid of 2257? TGP2 is your answer. TGP2 sites would love non nude galleries.

                                Funny. I had a gallery on Richards-Realm once and it did very well. Tawnee and Jordan Capri with not a whole lot showing. Only a few pics. Recently I redid the graphics and resubmitted it. They turned it down because it didn't show enough nudity. The same gallery had sold a total of 10 memberships and is responsible for 3 months of rebills on 8 of them...

                                What does that tell you? Webmasters are mistaken and have lost site of why surfers like Lightspeed in the first place. Softcore-teasing... The guy has built an empire on it and webmasters are to thick headed to realize that.

                                                that's called a personal hub.. nothing new.. i have my own tgps will my own galleries as well.

                                                i think i'm thinking more of a surfer than you.. you're thinking like a webmaster when you say give them less porn.. you have to give what the surfer wants.. if they would rather visit a tgp1 rather than a tgp2 what should you make?

                                                btw, the mentaility of keeping traffic within my own circle.. don't leak out traffic.. etc. was exactly what i thought when i first started out.. but i've learned it simply doesn't work that way..

                                                good luck with your reinvention of tgp2.. unless it's radically different from the original one, it will fail again just like the first time

                                                                                                                                        TGP is probably the longest running successful porn story.. since the beginning it's been there and still alive and kicking today. if it sucks so much, why are there still plenty of TGPs? why are there still plenty of submitters? that's right.. because it works! TGP2 never lived up to it's potential and probably never will.

                                                                                                                                        i'm not saying it's the best converting traffic.. mostly due to the clueless webmasters that try to sell the paysites they promote as "free".. but it makes money and is just another source of traffic and revenue.

And I honestly do believe in it. People might be calling it dead, but many do call the non nude scene dead as well.(18+) While it's not.

                                                                                                                                                        Anyway, the problem I had at the time, that I only got like 2-3 joins a day. The conversions were good indeed. But 2-3 a day was not enough for me. I tried some things, however, the traffic in the pool at that time was very limited. And I good not increase the amount of joins.

                                                                                                                                                            the TGP2 concept was good in theory.. but most encounted what you did.. low traffic which resulted in low sales.. no matter how good conversions are.. converting zero in zero is zero! most felt the time they put into it was not worth the little sales they did get..

                                                                                                                                                            TGP2 and non-nude sites is not necessarily dead.. it's just not active with a lot of support.. if you have your own sites and traffic.. you can do whatever you want.. it's just not approved by the big TGPs

                                                                                                                                                            i have nothing against TGP2.. it would be great if there was more support.. but the reality is you WILL NOT be getting big traffic from the big TGP guys to your TGP2 galleries and non-nude sites.. without traffic, you got no sales..

                                                                                                                                                                                    Sounds great. Glad to see you as jazzed about Tgp2 as the reat of us Tgp2 webmasters at Tgp2 Base.

                                                                                                                                                                                    Perhaps we can work together on some of this. We have been doing simular stuff as your crew. We've been doing Tgp2 since the begaining in July of 2001. We have tried almost everything and know what works and doesn't work. Toplist, Picpost and the such are great sources for traffic.

                                                                                                                                                                                    One thing everyone forgets is traffic can be bought and sent to Tgp2 sites and galleries. It does pay off. It sure more sense then buying a gallery spot and making little or no sales.

                                                                                                                                                                                    Tgp2 simply converts better then the industry norm. So no traffic isn't as big a factor as everyone thinks it is. If you can't get it then buy it! Duh.
