I would make a 3 strikes and your out parent law. Placing all parenting onto the parents, if they fail 3 times they get life without parole and the kids are sent to known pro-lifer demonstrators COD.
I do not care if it is better or worse, I would just forsee less children which is always a good thing.Comment
