I don't see how it is OK to send someones ID to others.
That info is personal. They shouldn't be able to get someones home address.

So your allowed to black out the private info right?

Define "private" info...

I think addys and ID numbers can be crossed out...NOT D.O.B's and names.

Yes, this is personal info...and most people on this board don't give 2 shits about any of this cause they're secondary producers...well, the good times are about to end.

What if....

you sell someone content along with the models information and he tracks her down and she ends up getting raped or killed by your client. Can you be held responsible for that since you were just following the law and handed over the information?

This is the law , DOJ really dont care about model safety and like that girls will be scared to adult model. Comeone guys these arent stupid people. The court would probably say. It's not the court problem if you dont filter the people you do business with. Lets talk for real:

If someone has a real domain, is willing to give you a real address , a real first and last name , two phone numbers that work, possibly a copy of their drivers license with matching address to their credit card billing account. You are pretty safe shit isnt going to happen .

LOL, ya know what Aaron ? I was actually just going to ask cuz i know your very knowledable about 2257 and i enjoyed hearing you speak on the panel in San Diego.
