                                          I use Verotel for multiple sites. No cross-sale ability, but they have been stable, paid me on time, and I have a 0% chargeback ratio.

                                          Stay away from their check billing (80% bounce rate for me) but for Credit, Direct Debit, 900 and SMS they are rocking!
