...reading htis thread i was gonna say bummer for the person on seroxat. I came off that and went loopy for about 6 months. It's well documented for causing problems such as non suicidal people topping themselves after starting taking it. Probably bad doctors advice. Any SSRI you need to take for at least 3 weeks before you will notice any affects and at least 6 months for it to work properly. They're not a quick fix. One of which is general decline in sex drive. In my case I didn't get horny so easily, or come as quickly, and sometimes couldn't keep it up despite being hard at it.
On Venlafaxine now, seems to be better. One of the newer SSRI's so a bit more "advanced" i believe. Bummer to hear that damian2001 went nuts on that. Bit aprehensive about coming off it, if ever.... But sex drive is certainly ok, probably not at pre-antidepressant days, but that was so long ago I can't remember what it was like...
Happy pills...aren't they great..
