Hey prada, do you know the exact rules on the referendum?
I saw this yesterday, but in a glimp:
- referendum is NOT binding to the government.
- at least 30% has to show up
- for a NO 55% is needed
The last rule is interesting and one that I'm not sure about. I thought I read that (it was on tv), but like I said, it was in a glimp. Do you know if that is true?Comment

The idea that on certain points the Dutch would not have a veto anymore, but can be outvoted by the conservatives from eastern and southern europe, scares the hell out of me.. That enough reason to vote no.
Some parts of the constitution are good, other parts are bad.. But I don't want to be forced to vote yes so that the good parts get a go ahead, while at the same time the bad parts get implemented at the same time..
Bottom line.. The 'constitution' is too diverse and to broad and therefor crap.Comment
