Median price of a house in Orlando went from 180k to 225k in 2 years. Who's buying those houses? Surely not the dude working at Disney for $6.80 an hour.
Median price of a house in the Fort Lauderdale area is right at $350k. Who's buying it? Surely not the waiter at the Westin Diplomat.
There are those who have and there are those who do not, but Florida is in no way in a slump. I understand your hatred of anything that is closely related to Bush, but Florida is a bad example for you.
