I know about Floirda I lived there for 10 1/2 years still keep up on things by reading online versions of Tampa Tribune and Sarastoa Herald on a daily basis.

And if you read $30K doesn't by you much when the average price of a house in Sarasota was $150K in 2003 and is $300K today. Did incomes rise by 100% in that time. Did McDonalds workers go from $7-$14 an hour? Um no.
