    Do you prejudge people based upon...

    ,,,their accents?

    do you believe that someone with a southern drawl or a brooklyn accent are less intelligent then someone with a non-regional accent?




    in other words. do you think someone with an accent is stupid?

          Come on, someone could be a rocket scientist but if he busts out a fittin or a ya'll I'm thinking he's a complete moron.

                              All in fun I do.
                              I lived in Texas, met some fine (intelligent) people there with an accent.

                              You can tell the ones who have spent some time in University from the ones who just live and learn (which is just as good imo) - my husband has a Uni. (Texas Tech) degree and his accent is not very strong because of that.
