Until i'm not in business anymore, or until 2257 is thrown out/changed so that I don't have to put my home address on my websites - just need to be in the office for 20 hours a week.

I'm looking for north county so that it's close to my house and I don't have to drive back and forth too far - my gf is pretty ill so I have to be close to home.

It's just me...everyone else is remote/outsourced/home office. I just need a small office (10x15 or thereabouts, i guess) with room for some files and two computers, etc. I just need a place to sit and work for 20 hours a week, so that I'm there when the mounties come storming in demanding to see my files
