New site looking for advice

Setup a link trade page, more links will get you Higher in SE listing.
Get a AFT program going, put up a site map for SE. Or get
someone that knows this stuff and pay him.

Are u doing daily TGP submissions? 5-6 times a week?
consistently?
I'd also create a free site per week ... 4-5 page free sites... mostly with her content... and point them around to other amateur sites and link it it to yours... build these free sites under a generic domain name.
