This is why people who don't know shit about 2257 should not post about 2257.
This is also why I have been ignoring most 2257 threads over the last few days. -

This tells me that you are not compliant with 2257 now... Why would you care about it in the future?
"Sneak a Picture on you cam, and then ask ""uhhhmm.. can I get you name, cause I need to post this on my site""
Your question is worded as if it is addressing the new regulations....BUT...This scenario is not an issue with either the present or the new laws.Comment

It is correct that im not compliant with 2257.
The reason is that I ONLY build danish sites, hosted in danmark, marketed in denmark and sweden... So why would I be interrested?
My legal advisor told me not to waste my time with that issus, since it dont cover my area...Comment

ummm no but the 2004 Anti Voyeurism Law did.. http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,133144,00.html well at least it made it illegal on federal lands. In November, you can vote for America's next president or its first dictator.Comment

Depends on what you call a voyer site. Hidden cams and real unaware "upskirts" are illegal anyway. Footage of public nudity in a large gathering, I.E. spring break (or Mardi Gras
) has been ruled in the cases brought so far as reporting or documenting a public event. The cases that have been lost so far are those that used a single person in promotion (ie, box covers) without their permission. I'm not a lawyer so my opinion should not be taken as any legal advice. If you run such sites I wouldn't recommend posting anyone who looks questionable.
