yes.. but those TGP that will send you Highly targeted traffic will also send you much less traffic... .... If you want to reach 30,000 ctr.. you need to be on the big tgps which mostly have general traffic....

there sites look like they have a team of "beginners in html 050" pushing out 20 tours a week hoping one may just hit the 1:700 conversion

i bet behind the scenes he has like 1000 frontends but couldn't put them out cuz they suck and caused too many chargebacks and cancellations
