thinking about it wasn't the problem. Everybody has thought about it. a ton of people have talked about it.

Pay as you use is one thing. and it's okay. It definately has it's place. counseling/consulting, video games, porn videos, music downloads... etc. However, too often people want to be the cheapest available option - thinking that matters. I think we all know the reality is, that it's the program with the highest payout that is going to get the bulk of the web space. (by highest payout, i mean the largest checks everymonth, not necessarily the highest per join payout).

Regardless - the one thing - I would want to hear - how it is addressed - is customer service - with respect to the time clock and disputing of charges. That's usually the issue that is brought up when people talk about pay as you go systems...

this isn't meant to be a bashing post... congrats for taking the steps...

Well.. If I was the owner of a TGP.. I would be VERY worry that my surfers go surf other TGPs free of charge.. and lose my bookmarks.. Because you know that this wont really reduce the free porn on the net.. Other TGPs remaining free will just grow.. You need to be a pretty special TGP with special content if you want to keep your now "paying" surfers...

How are the Consumers getting billed? Is it cell phone micro billing?

Nice. Not sure how this model will work but it might take off. If I produced unique / exclusive content I wouldn't want to let people pay 2 cents to view a picture or video they like specifically. I'd rather charge a premium of 10 or 15 cents, otherwise I think it'd turn out to be more profitable just on the monthly subscription model.

Best of luck though. I think it will work out well for certain things.

I know. I got my credit card processing account without giving my credit card.

I had to give them all my personal info, financial statements, pay a set up fee, then I had to wait weeks for approval. Once I got the approval our technical people took another two weeks setting up the connection - but that was definitely easier than just giving my credit card
